• Account means the unique profile created for You to access the Service.
• Application means the mobile application titled "Blazely", a comprehensive fitness companion app.

• Device means any device used to access the Service, such as a smartphone or tablet.
• Personal Data means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual.
• Service refers to the Application and any related services provided by Us.
• You means the individual using the Service or the organization on whose behalf the Service is used.

2. Data We Collect (And What We Don't)

2.1 The ONLY Personal Data We Collect

To use Blazely and create an Account, We collect just one piece of Personal Information:

• Your Email Address: Used solely to create and authenticate your account through our authentication provider (Supabase).

We do not collect names, phone numbers, locations, or any other identifying information about you.

2.2 Health, Fitness, and Nutrition Data

Any data related to your workouts, weight, height, food logs, and fitness goals is stored strictly locally on your own Device. It is completely under your control and cannot be accessed by Us.

2.3 Usage Data

We may automatically collect basic, anonymized diagnostic and analytics data to keep the app functioning properly and improve our services:

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Crash data, performance metadata, and app benchmarks
• Anonymized usage statistics and navigation patterns

This data contains no identifying personal information and no health/fitness data. It is exclusively used to fix bugs, understand usage trends, and improve the app's stability and features.

3. How We Use and Share Data

3.1 Account Authentication

We use your email address solely to maintain your Account and authenticate you securely.

3.2 Service Providers

We share strictly necessary data with vendors who provide core infrastructure for the Service, such as:

• Supabase: For secure authentication and account creation (only your email address is shared).
• RevenueCat: For managing your app subscriptions securely. RevenueCat handles the billing anonymously and independent of your health data.
• PostHog: For collecting anonymized statistics and analytics data. This helps us understand app benchmarks, usage patterns, and how to improve the overall user experience.

3.3 AI Features and External APIs

If you use AI-assisted features (like food tracking or workout generation), we may send anonymized text inputs to our AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate your results. These inputs are not tied to your email address or identity.

3.4 Aggregation and Legal Compliance

We do not sell any of Your information. We will only disclose your email address to law enforcement or regulators if legally required to do so by a valid subpoena or court order.

4. Retention and Deletion of Data

4.1 Your Health Data

Because your health, workout, and nutrition data is stored on your Device, it is retained until you delete the app or clear the app's local data from your Device settings. You are in total control.

4.2 Your Account Data

You may request the deletion of your Account and email address from our servers at any time from within the Application or by contacting Us. Upon request, your email will be permanently removed from our authentication systems.

5. Security

We use robust technical safeguards provided by Supabase to protect your email address. In addition, by keeping your personal health data strictly localized on your Device, we minimize the risk of any large-scale data breach regarding your fitness information.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates become effective when posted within the Application.
